Northstar Strategy Group is a sustainability and development consulting firm based in Prague and operating across Southeast Asia through our hub in Phnom Penh. Using our networks in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, we partner with businesses, universities, NGOs, international organisations, and development agencies to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions that create lasting environmental and social impact. Our Structure

Northstar operates from two key geographical hubs: Prague, Czech Republic, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Our teams in each location collaborate remotely on a daily basis, ensuring that our workflow stays seamless, synchronised, and unified despite the distance.

Prague

Northstar has its legal headquarters in Prague, where we intersect with local universities, private clients, government bodies, and European Union institutions. This is our base for much of our research work, our academic partnerships, and core administrative and legal functions.

Phnom Penh

Northstar’s team in Phnom Penh manage our local NGO partnerships, overseeing project implementation and expanding our network in Southeast Asia. Our team here conduct face-to-face research embedded in local communities, and deliver final project outcomes to our clients and stakeholders.

This complementary structure of two geographical hubs means much of our workflow is digitised, allowing us to recruit additional support from contractors and freelancers around the world, who work with us on a project-by-project basis.
